Having read some of the reviews I wasn't expecting too much, but I ended up having a very nice stay. All the staff i came in contact with were very nice and happy to help
Reviews said there was no Internet available, I asked and was given a QR code to connect with perfectly good free Internet for the whole 6 day stay.
I read reviews saying there was no kettle so I packed a tiny travel kettle, without asking the maid came to my door on the second day with a brand new full size kettle.
I had read no fans were available, I asked and was provided with a small fan by a man at reception again free of charge.
The complex was quiet and appeared to be well maintained and well run.
Some of the furnishings were a bit old fashioned and well used but nothing was broken.
This is the first apartment I've stayed in for a long time that didn't provide a basic washing up kit.

El personal que nos atendió super resolutivo. La ubicación super céntrica. La piscina magnífica. Los apartamentos espaciosos, limpios y cómodos.
