Pretty old accommodations and floor is little bit dangerous for kids <1year old

Perfect holiday with kids. Facilities excellent. Food was varied throughout the whole week and above average for a buffet.

If there’s a way you could warm a bit the pool water, please do it. Not expecting it to be heated but slightly warmer.

It’s is very scenic and beautiful by the sea, exceptional views.

The staff at the resort are all amazing and is the hotels best asset. Everyone was very friendly and working tirelessly to keep things tidy.

The information about the resort is all a bit of a stretch of the truth. There are six pools but only because three of them are connected in the same area. There are several restaurants but you can only use them if you book a certain number of nights. We paid extra for a room with a sea view, but what is was was a room looking out on one of the pools with the sea behind it. If the photos were accurate I would not have paid extra to have that room! The aqua park is small, my children did love it, but after three days they were bored. The beach access area for the hotel is tiny and there aren’t enough seats for guests to use. The beach itself was not great and not what I would have expected for Crete. We found much better beaches in Athens. Overall the children loved it, but I think in hindsight it was extremely expensive for what it is.
