Location was perfect as it was right next to an event I was attending, the breakfast was great, you could make a coffee whenever you liked, staff were lovely, comfortable bed, restaurants right near. Room was pretty big.
Due to it being right in the centre of everything it can get really loud outside at night with people partying, but that isn't the fault of the hotel and it's something to weigh up if you want to be near everything. I was there during a heat wave so it was very hot but they did provide a fan

Welcoming receptionist was friendly and smiling. The location of the hotel is perfect.
Basic rooms with a very basic breakfast - unfortunately bacon and eggs were cold. Had they been warm, I would probably call it a basic breakfast...now a very basic.
Shower in the bathtub, so you need to be able to climb a bit to take a shower.
We did not have separate beds although the hotel confirmed two days beforehand that we would. We did not bother to complain though. We should have, since the bed was too soft, and it is even more uncomfortable if you need to share it.
