The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and few meters from the beach, the restaurant is huge, have many swimming pools, including one with hot water, the spa area is really good and the lady that works there is very friendly. The bar is very nice, with good drinks and service, try the coffee, it’s great. And the garden, I loved walking between the olives trees, the water noise from the pools made me feel calm and relaxed. It’s a wonderful place.
The buffet is great, but unfortunately the food come cold, the area where the hot food is placed don’t keep it warm. It’s the only thing that I missed.

Hotel is nice and clean, polite and helpfull staff, spacious rooms, super rooftop bar, very good food quality by lunch and dinner with delicious mexican point, everything was near to perfect, Montenegro is beautifull country, Petrovac is nice town, Sveti Stefan is unique and Budva old town fantastic, we were absolutly positive surprised
complicated parking , hotel beach should be more clean and for hotel quests included in price, no extra fee

It was nice , bit over crowded. Especially in the restaurant part, during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
They have beach,but they will charge you for sunbeds at the beach, and at the beach you don’t have any drinks or meals.

The only positives. All bar staff were lovely and It's in a beautiful little area of the coast. Walking distance to the beach.
On arrival the garage isn't available and told to try and find a space outside. Caution as anywhere on the road you get towed away. Later after arrival I showered and it completely leaked onto the bathroom floor from under the shower base. Clearly a known problem as all silicon had been removed. I complained immediately to two reception staff and housekeeping. No offer to change room and for my entire stay no one came to look at it let alone try to fix so the room smelt of damp the whole duration. Had to channel towels to collect the water in the drain. Fresh towel the following day had blood on it. But the housekeeping staff played the I don't understand card and walked away. Only a handful of the restaurant staff seemed to acknowledge your existence let alone try and help with any questions. Food at lunch is better than the lukewarm warm dinner serving. And then your shouted at to finish when the time is up for clearing away. "Finish finish" There is major construction directly in front of the hotel so all rooms facing front overlook an unfinished building site. The pool area is now in the shade from2pm and it's €20 to hire a pool towel. It's cheaper to buy one in the shop down the road.
I can say that all bar staff. Especially the bar at the pool area were very nice, polite, helpful and actually seemed like they enjoyed themselves. I chose to eat my evening meals out in the end. More costs obviously but there is very little option for veggies and I was fed up of the same options. I don't usually write reviews like this but felt it onto fair to share with other the poor customer service, hygiene and just unfriendliness of the whole place. It's not the cheapest of hotel options in the area by far but certainly doesn't come with the pleasantries you'd normally find in the hospitality industry.
