Peaceful, pretty, very good food and kind helpful staff. A nice swimming pool, a small village with a couple of bars, not much to do, but lots of walk and an opportunity to put our feet up and relax
We wanted a relaxing, quiet and countryside hotel and this was just right for us.

Beautiful little family run hotel that we booked at the last minute and couldn,t have been happier. Very characterful with gorgeous gardens and pool area. Well managed with fabulous staff and service. They had a varied seasonal menu and plenty a la carte choices. Nice wine list.
Breakfast started at 8.30 which was rather late for a hotel which has a lot of walkers staying-especially when the temperatures are very hot and you need to get away early on to the mountains to avoid the heat. They did provide a "picnic" breakfast on request that you picked up the night before. The menu could have had a few lighter choices/less fatty especially if you wanted to eat lunch and dinner at the hotel.
