Great location. Great staff. Angela on reception was welcoming and helpful. Hotel has great character and our room for 3 people was spacious and comfortable.
Bathroom was a little dated but was clean with plenty of towels.

Central location right on Plaza Mayor. The staff were all really helpful - polite- accommodating. Valet service was outstanding.
Breakfast was just ok - many items were out when our time slot came up and it took quite a while to replenish.

Pity my stay was so short, arrived late and left very early so cannot rate anything other than my hotel room which was charming and as described overlooking the Plaza Real - can be a bit noisy but doesn't last. Great location!
Nothing.

The hotel is right on the main square in a perfect location for everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lift to go to our room. As cars aren’t allowed in the main square except to access hotels etc there was no trouble parking right in front. The car was then valet parked for a fee which was well worth it. Excellent breakfasts
Nothing. It was all perfect
