The suite was very large, clean and comfortable , the view was outstanding . The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The Spa experience I had was excellent.
The breakfast needed more staff, the pool area was very over crowded , there didn’t seem to be a bar to have a drink pre or post dinner. The lunch and dinner menu are the same so when on full board there isn’t much variety.

The spa was lovely and the Hotel is in a quiet place with. Breakfast is good and staff is okay. Winding roads to get there with lovely views. Good for walks when the weather permits.
The location was for us too far up the mountain for the winter period due to the cold and La Teide being closed unfortunately due to snow. The breakfast/dining room was cold when there was no sun heating it up, they tried with heaters but it was still uncomfortable. The Hotel feels a little old fashioned, we had some wall paper coming off the wall in our bedroom and for the price we paid this should have been fixed before hand. Wifi in the room is very bad.
