The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, this hotel has breathtaking rooms with view of the bay. Comfy beds, delicious breakfast. Perfect cleanliness and comfort. Special mention to the receptionists, who gave us great advice on activities in Carloforte and were always helpful and kind.
That it ended eventually.

Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, particularly the breakfast and the front desk.
One of the desk managers, a woman named Danielle was the rudest hotel staff I've ever dealt with. When we needed a few more minutes to move rooms she sent a man to bang on our door, when we still we're loading our belongings, he decided to come into our room and watch us. I ordered him to wait outside. This is a 4 star hotel and we paid 100's of Euros to stay there.
