The property is conveniently located near the city center, but one street away from the main pedestrian thoroughfare, so it’s very quiet. The hostess was very thoughtful and arranged an early morning breakfast for us as we had a long hike on the Via Francigena ahead of us.

Está super bien ubicado y es precioso, la decoración de la habitación es hermosa, además de muy cómoda. Todo el mundo muy amable y el desayuno excelente. Volvería 1000 veces.
Al estar dentro e la zona ZTL, tuvimos que dejar el automóvil en un parcheggio de pago relativamente cerca y cargar el equipaje hasta el B&B, de todas formas no era caro y el esfuerzo vale la pena, pues quedamos muy cerca de la plaza, la torre Grossa, el duomo y demás atracciones, para ir a pie.

Great location, very charming rooms, in the kitchen it could be used by everyone staying at the B&B
One of the rooms was booked as a triple and three names were put on it. I was told it was booked as a double which I know Booking.com has a system, problem but that have encountered MANY MANY times where doubles or triples are booked and two or three names are put in but it only books the room for one or two people. I have never found a way to correct this. Despite that there were only two towels in the room, and she wanted to charge me an extra €30 which once I explained about the towels, she decided not to. There was some other discrepancy where I had to pay an extra 20 or €30 (in addition to the city taxes)-I couldn’t figure out what she was saying, and by this point I just wanted to get out of there, so I paid it but will never stay there again

Location
Personnel was rude and I was hung up twice when I called to ask for directions to reach the property.
Also the bed was too hard.
