Everything except not providing water daily in the room or cleaning everyday as most hotels in the world do
The fact that you charge $250/ night and don’t provide water or cleaning everyday is mind blowing

Fijne suite (de Grauburgunder) met balkon op 1e etage (zonder lift). De wellness met verwarmd buitenzwembad was voortreffelijk!
Het ontbijt was prima maar het avondeten viel tegen. Schnitzel was droog en de zalm en biefstuk te doorbakken.

The property was beautiful. Room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna and pool. Breakfast had a big selection and restaurant area was very nice. Really enjoyed the 2 hour free hiking trip with the owner. That was a surprise. There was a huge spa selection in offering that we really didn’t take advantage of but it was impressive.
The hotel is right on the Mosel so location is absolutely spectacular.
We had the 5 course dinner the first evening but it wasn’t what we expected in terms of taste. Other customers enjoyed it very much but we didn’t think it was amazing.
Also the coffee maker in the room didn’t work plus housekeeping didn’t really do any cleaning other than making bed and taking out trash.
