The location is very convenient to the Central Station and to the city centre. The hotel is not new, but the room and amenities were exactly as advertised. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Downstairs is a lovely, comfortable lounge and a small range of drinks are available from the Reception Desk at unusually low prices. Coffee and tea are even available free of charge for guests who have not booked breakfast. Good value for money; I would stay there again.

Location close to station was fine.
Receptionist was very helpful with check-in arrangements.
Comfortable night's sleep and reliable wifi.
Over complicated check-in arrangements
Room rather gloomy and drab
Overall decor and atmosphere of hotel could do with some TLC
I arrived mid-evening as it was getting dark. There was some quite rowdy behaviour nearby - nothing threating but enough to make me feel a bit uneasy (but the hotel itself was perfectly secure).
