Incredible location , great restaurant and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rather dated rooms and balconies. The mattresses on the beds definitely need to be replaced as very uncomfortable. Very basic breakfast. A few more options would’ve been great.

Breakfast excellent and nourishing. The views are splendid, because the hotel looks out over the Lauterbrunnen valley towards Wengen and the mountains of Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau. Evening meals were plentiful; however, the kitchen shut soon after 8pm, which made it slightly inconvenient after a late day exploring the Bernese Oberland region. The location was very convenient for the local train access - necessary in a car-free resort like Muerren.
Being a bit rushed for dinner.

Room was very good but thought we had booked the Valley View side. We were able to move for the 2nd and 3rd night.
One of the 3 rooms that I booked was very small but they were able to change to a larger room.
Hotel, restaurant were great. Breakfast was very good.
Loved Murren and had a great stay.

We loved our stay. We were met by welcoming host who accommodated our needs. Our corner room was so spacious and the views across the valley were exceptional.
