Lovely staff once initial hiccup cured. The lady who runs breakfast especially lovely.
The breakfast btw was excellent
Location is wonderful, just a stroll to the main square and parking was so helpful
Initial receptionist was grump but her colleague and the main receptionist/manager were just excellent. Thank you.

The hotel is well situated - literally in the centre of things. We were pleasantly surprised when we wandered through to the centre of Poitiers. The car park €8 per night - is a bonus and really makes life easier.
The Reception are is very dark & gloomy. The older lady on reception duty wasn’t the most helpful & was focused on taking a telephone call midway of checking us in - leaving us waiting whilst she finished her call then proceeded to talk to her colleague instead of finishing dealing with us . Other staff we subsequently encountered were friendly & much more helpful
The carpet in our room needs to be cleaned - but every else was fine

The location was great, the room was spotless and very comfy. I was greeted by Mathilde on reception who was so helpful & friendly - a real asset to the hotel.
Plenty of power points, comfy bed, soft towels..... all good!
Everything was great....
