Excellent location right on the seafront, friendly and welcoming staff, and a beautiful view from the window.
Poor maintenance and cost-cutting on things that shouldn’t be neglected, such as a broken shower hose, an ill-fitting toilet seat, and other minor issues. These are inexpensive fixes that would cost less than a night’s stay, yet they noticeably detract from the overall experience.

The hotel is just OK, rooms are big, location is good. Bed was comfy.
This hotel definitely needs a good revamp and renovation. The shower was terrible, with the water changing temperature every few seconds. The TV didn't work. Reception was never there and not particularly friendly. When we checked out at 10.30am (check out is at 11am), no-one was there, we called the number twice and nobody answered. We decided to leave the keys in the box and our bags behind reception (unattended), to then be told off when we came back to collect them for having done so. Not sure what we were supposed to do. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.
