Shower hot water excellent👌🏻 Great selection of complimentary tea.
If you are coming for a quick visit, there is a public carpark right next door with free parking from 6pm to 6am weekdays, and all weekend. Save you the extra $14 parking fee.
It was a bit noisy, there was an extraction fan for the building going all night.
The room was pretty small, OK for one night but not comfortable for a long stay.

Eden at Reception was absolutely fantastic. She is probably the only reason we had a good stay. Location wasn't too far from the airport and quite central to Manukau city but that also creates a noise problem especially on the weekend.
We found nail clippings on the carpet, so not sure if the room was vacuumed properly. The noise from the street was absolutely chaotic on a Saturday night. Parking is a bit tight especially if you have a larger car.
