This hotel is very well located to several attractions and good access to public transportation. The staff is very courteous, and when I checked in the agent moved me to a room where I wouldn't have to walk up or down any stairs (I'm old). I really appreciated that. The breakfast is really high quality. And my room was clean and comfortable.
I only had one problem and I did report it to the front desk. The shower head was turned towards the shower door and I didn't realize it, and when I opened the shower door I ended up pretty much flooding my bathroom floor trying to get to the shower head to turn it. I mentioned to the front desk that they might want to have housekeeping turn all of them towards the wall when they clean rooms. Minor problem.

The location was great for visiting the monastery, Belém Tower and the river front. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was ok - eggs hard and cold.
