The location, the room, the pool, everything was great
The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and when reported, the staff were like, yeah, it can be like that sometimes. Otherwise, everything was perfect

The staff was more than friendly
The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but there is a 24/7 shop near reception, so they got you covered when it comes to the essentials.
There are 3 pools in total (kiddy pool, very large one with max depth 1.5 meters and an indoor, heated pool plus a jacuzzy) - all 3 very clean, with plenty of sun loungers around them and very well kept green spaces.
There is also a table tennis and a proper tennis court (you can get the paddles and racquet from reception for free, just 10 EUR deposit)
It's a bit further away from Albufeira and if you decide to walk to the center of old town or the beach, you'd need to allocate at least 30 mins, and that is downhill, the return trip is quite the exercise :)

The apartment was clean with a nice kitchen unit for self catering. Loved the balcony area and cloaeness to pool. Reception staff were excellent and very responsive to any requests.
Very little we didnt like but if i had to pick something it was that there are no real restaurants nearby. Have to travel to eat out.

The cost was approachable compared to other locations in Albufeira. They gave us lots of towels and soaps
Property is old and damp. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Far from Albufeira town and beaches. Pool and hot tub were so dirty we did not use them at all
