Quiet clean and comfortable room with a reasonable size pool, for 2 adults and a child and despite outside the city only a 11 min taxi ride into Derry City for the Halloween festivities
Nothing the property was great for the price, clean comfortable and reasonably Modern, surrounding area is a bit industrial but the hotel has no influence on that, breakfast was a bit basic and wasn’t sure if there was a cook to order option as no menu offered and being a bit of a fry up lover the deep fried potato bread wasn’t a great touch and no soda bread ( I know petty )…all in all a comfortable 2 days enjoyed

Was an acceptable standard, entertainment was good and bar staff Callum & Abi were lovely.
A fight broke out in the bar, my husband heard conversations about drugs in toilets, also a lot of young youths hanging around in bar and outside was abit intimidating, bar mgr offered no explanation or apology, instead the young bar staff apologised also the guys who were the entertainment also came over to us. As this is a 4 star hotel felt this was not acceptable. This needs addressing also feel really only 3 star at best.
