Liked the swimming pool and the rooms style
The bed was not very comfortable, the hot food was not as hot as expected even when a new patch of food was added.
There is no proper lobby area to sit and relax,

Great accommodation, really good facilities for kids. The pool and slides were great - games room could have had more facilities. Room accommodation was fine but a little tired, decor needs to be updated. Lack of USB or suitable number of plug sockets
Lift was not working, staff were sometimes missing. Breakfast was nothing special could have been better. Swimming pool, spa and steam room were out of order for one full day, not what we expected. We were offered late checkout but this impacted our holiday

Great location, facilities and staff. The kids really enjoyed the soft play area and swimming pool.
The Italian restaurant was also really good, nice food and lovely staff.
