Food very very good staff friendly Good facilities but let down by the room which was cold so it was a good job hope side temperature was not freezing otherwise the room would’ve been uncomfortable, reception gave us a little heater which was much good as a candle burning but not used
The room 109 was cold so therefore air-conditioning not working also the basin, toilet and the shower we’re all leaking water dripping badly also under the basin cabinet door not locked when I opened it there was electrical cables exposed to anybody, including hopefully not children

Nice room
Pool was nice but imperfect, only one jet bath working and there were loose tiles at the other one
