A beautiful period property kept in great condition with tasteful modern additions such as anti steam mirrors. The staff were really helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic.

We have stayed a few times. Just a shame we couldn't have breakfast with my brother and his wife cause of the room situation
We like it as I said stayed a few times

Ideal location, situated between Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere. Great value for one night’s stay. Lovely selection of food at breakfast. We recommend this accommodation and would stay again.
Nothing.

Upgraded our room but it was very cramped. Barely enough room to move. Poor lighting so it was very dark, there were two chairs but they were very uncomfortable. The full breakfast was poor. Hard poached eggs, uncooked tomatoes, overcooked bacon and cheap sausage and black pudding.
