Przestronny taras z super widokiem. Rozmiary i wyposażenie pokoju. Prywatne jacuzzi. Układ i infrastruktura obiektu - basen, leżaki, bar czynny wieczorem. Serdeczność i autentyczność pani przygotowujacej śniadania. Spokój, prywatność,  dużo zieleni. Przestronny zadaszony parking. Schludność otoczenia.
Zużyta i zaniedbana łazienka - oberwane wieszaki, smród kanalizacji, uszkodzone rolki drzwi kabiny prysznicowej. Brak światła na tarasie, pobieżne i raczej niedbałe sprzątanie. Zużyte niedoprane ręczniki. Konieczność samodzielnego czyszczenia jacuzzi. Monotonne serwowane śniadania z tanich produktów (jajka "trójki"). Obiekt raczej wysłużony. Arogancki gospodarz lekceważący zgłaszane problemy (Cyt.: "you tend to complain about minor details"). Piwo w barze tylko w puszkach. Wszystkie uwagi zbywane komentarzem "to juź koniec sezonu". Konieczność pobytu minimum tydzień przy rezerwacji pokoju z prywatnym jacuzzi - mimo samochodu w tej okolicy tydzień to o 3 dni za długo.

The suite was very comfy overall. The terrace was superb. The pool area was very clean and enjoyable. George is very nice and helpful. Happy at the pool bar was incredible and will make your stay even better! The location is central for visiting the East of Crete.
The Jacuzzi wasn’t working and it was not communicated in advance. There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alle waren sehr nett!
Die Lage war okay. Ohne Mietwagen ist nicht so viel los in der Nähe. Dafür sehr ruhig!
