The GrandResort - Leonardo Limited Edition

All staff members who took care of us during our stay were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The pool area was nicely done and we could always find somewhere sunny to lay whether it was poolside or beach. We were all-inclusive and the options at each mealtime were plentiful and varied. The onsite gym is good enough for a workout and plenty of people used it daily.

The pool was quite chilly in October but plenty of others were using it so possibly just not warm enough for me. The beach was lovely but could do with some love as there was often discarded plastic and rubbish on the sand (a lot of that had been washed up but was on the shoreline of Grand Resort.) The bed pillows are exceptionally deep and really hard. I didn’t have the best sleep during my stay. Housekeeping did try to find a softer one but it wasn’t a huge improvement for me. Again this is just personal preference. I found that the opening times of The Palms and Ouzeria were fluctuating - one day lunch was until 2, another day 2:30, maybe even 3. Then snacks at Ouzeria til 3, or 4 or maybe even 4:30 as their client portal showed. Not major but a bit annoying to keep track of. This could be because we were late in the season.

The sea view, the palms in the pool area and the beds were great. Straight forward, buffet breakfast with many many Mediterranean options.

Probably the cleanliness of the floor around the pool but I’m being padantic

The service is very courteous, the meals in the dining room were excellent and very varied, the rooms are large and spacious and the cleanliness here is excellent!!! The hotel has everything, there is no reason to leave it. I will definitely come back again🙌

Decent hotel

They should definitely work on their customer service specially in the reception. The way they communicate and treat guests is not up to 5* hotel definitely.
