Location was good and a brief walk from Firenze SMN train station. The room was clean and bed not too hard. The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, but the shower was good.
Reception could have been better. Granted, we arrived around 6:30pm, but when I was asked, earlier in the day, for an ETA, I received an acknowledgment that someone would be at the check-in location. They weren’t and it was by sheer luck that I saw a guest exit the hotel who helped me get in touch with the management. I was on the point of booking another hotel to stay the night. Disappointed.

Fantastic location. Clean and comfortable room.
Hard beds. Hard pillows.

Extraordinary location, 15 minutes from everything! It feels like you "live" there rather than being in an hotel.
It's like having a mini apartment. Miniutes from the station and tram too.
Rooms were serviced mid afternoon when I usually like to have a nap :-)
