Perfect location. Great energy and welcoming smiles of all staff, very helpful. Thanks so much to all.
The room was a bit cold in the night. Will be perfect if extra blanket prepared in the room as the reception was not connected to the room building.

Very polite and helpful staff.
Rooms dated and need an upgrade so quirky but not vintage. Hotel room was right by the Oulde Kerk. While very convenient for experiencing the centre of Delft the Kerk bells rang on the hour every hour so a good night’s sleep was difficult to obtain.
A bottle of water in the room would have been welcome.
