Very nice modern facilities. New windows keep the traffic noise to a minimum. Good value including buffet breakfast.
No refrigerator or safe in the room.

Отель расположен в городке Тангкоу примерно в 10 минутах ходьбы от South Gate Transfer Center, откуда отправляются автобусы к южным воротам парка Хуаншань, а также к станции поездов Хуаншаньбей. В отличие от отеля той же сети в Шанхае, который был сильно устаревшим, этот отель совершенно новый, с иголочки, и номера его в отличном состоянии. В просторном номере есть всё необходимое от автоматических штор до удобного душа, от тапочек до зонального освещения. Всё свежее и чистое. Завтрак сдвинут по времени для удобства посетителей парка (с 6 до 9 утра), разнообразный и вкусный, проблем с выбором не возникло, есть кофемашина. Совсем рядом (соседняя дверь) хороший магазин продуктов, где можно взять что-то на перекус с собой в горы.
Единственная проблема не относится к самому отелю: в Тангкоу крайне сложно найти еду, мало-мальски привычную тем, кто не любит китайскую кухню. В итоге лучшим вариантом оказался японский ресторан в Hilton. Там же, рядом с Hilton, есть Starbucks, если вы захотите кофе с пирожным. В общем, выжить в Тангкоу европейцу сложно. Но достоинств отеля это не умаляет.

Room was clean. Staff were helpful even though there were language problem. We needed to see a doctor, after involving many people to communicate our issue, hotel staff arranged transportation for us to see a doctor. Location was great
Hotel did not provide address in mandarin, had difficulty getting a cab because the drivers did not know recognise the destination in english. Had to make an international call to their front desk but got the automated response which hung up after language selection. Tried calling twice and got hung up on twice. Also, there wasnt a single staff who could understand even basic english. Made communication very difficult.
We had a queen and sofa bed configuration. The sofa bed was not comfortable. There were 2 separate pieces which were not joined properly, so the sofa bed kept separating.
