Nothing
Carrying bags up 2 flights of stairs.
No tea / coffee in room.
Difficult and dangerous shower to use, had to be very careful.
At €65 with extra €10 for a simple breakfast it was absolute robbery. I have just booked into the 3 star Ramada in Valencia with pool and all facilities for €42.

"The owner was extremely helpful. We had a meal in the bar in the evening which was very good value.
Breakfast was sufficient and again the owner was very helpful."
