About this house rental
This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath private pool home has everything you could ask for in a vacation home and is well equipped for family travel. The very comfortable living room has sliding glass doors leading to the over-sized lanai and pool area overlooking one of the Briarwood lakes. The kitchen is open and spacious with lovely views out to the pool and lake. The home features a king size bed in the master suite and the second guest bedroom, making this home very accommodating to adult couples traveling together. Both adult rooms are light and bright and feature sliding glass doors to the pool. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, so you have the benefit of a full size bed with the added bonus of a twin bunk should you need the extra space for the kids.
This home has high speed internet, plus LCD TV's in every room, beautiful views of the lake and is located just a few miles to the famous shops on 5th Avenue and 3rd street South.

This is our fourth visit to this villa and it just gets better! Panoramic views of the lake with an abundance of wildlife and mesmerising sunsets. Our grandchildren enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool, of course! The bonus this year was the addition of an outdoor television, perfect timing for the World Cup!As mentioned before, Kim and Nicole are very attentive, we asked for the pool heater to be switched on and they took care of it immediately.The house is so well equipped and very comfortable, the family settled in like it was home from home.Looking forward to the next visit!

The home was absolutely beautiful and felt very comfortable and cozy for our family right from day 1. We had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to pool and beach supplies. The pool area and view of the lake was large and lovely.

The house is clearly loved by the owners. They thought of every detail and the home finishings/decor were really lovely. The bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and the home was exceptionally clean throughout. It didn’t matter that it hasn’t been ‘ultra-modernized’ with new tile, appliances etc... it has a warm Tommy Bahama feel and very comfortable.
