Very brief but lovely stay at Cebu Hotel Plus. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the room was extremely comfortable for the price.

Lobby looks nice, and the room is clean.
Location is good for the long-term stay.
Wash & dry service is nearby.
The bed was nice and comfortable.
Hot shower did not work, just as other guests had mentioned. I noticed it at almost midnight and I gave up washing my hair as I did not want to catch cold with a cold shower.
Bed does not have a comforter, and you need to cover yourself with sheets.
This was especially tough after having a cold shower.
Motorcycles were noisy until midnight and dogs were barking until 3:00 a.m.
I recommend bringing earplugs, if staying here.
