It was great! Very good location.
Check in time is quite late! 04:00 pm is too late for check-in, but they do store your luggage for free which is good!

It was very clean and spacious for a studio apartment.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Having to walk to the bus to the train to get to Berlin proper was a pain. We ended up taking Bolt which wasn’t too bad price wise.
