Excellent location, within walking distance of the beach and just steps away from the main street, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, with a large balcony and a very comfortable bed. We had a wonderful stay!
Nothing to complain about. Everything was great!

Great location, in the heart of Ao Nang. Has parking if you rent a car.
We booked two separate rooms for my family and I, with balcony and a view of Ao Nang/the mountains. Enjoyed staying here. The check in staff were great. Very helpful.
The official lobby is the second building at the back, the hotel is spread across two buildings. I would recommend coming in a taxi or car the first time so they can take you to the lobby otherwise its a hike uphill on the ascending driveway to the main lobby, then back down if your room is in the second building.
Great rooms, umbrellas, beach mats, dressing gowns, slippers, soap etc provided as well as free drinks (fizzy drinks) in the fridge on the first day.
Would stay here again!

Nice location. Good view to the cliff. Excellent breakfast
Review about old building. Not enough storage space in the room for clothes, the lighting was very poor in the bathroom.
not 4 star, not boutique, just room and pool no other space actually...
not yet finishing the renovation, keep in mind.
Its loud. People in the hallway, people in the next room very audible, the A/C or ventilation being loud.
Dark room, dark bathroom.
The isolation of the doors and windows arent great.
