Its the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed in. The staff were so kind and couldn't do enough for you. We felt thoroughly spoiled and cared for.
The views were out of this world and we hated leaving that behind.
The only thing we didnt like was having to leave.

The location and the comfortable bed
Some staff were not very friendly tough which did not reflect Japanese’s hospitality culture.

good location, superb panorama view of the bay area with layers of mountains in a distance forming a prefect romantic picture in the misty spring morning
the hotel was aging, its design was probably one of the best in its era years ago, it is still a charm in the eyes of the beholder
onsen was closed in the morning, still can use but no hot water for shower
