About this house rental
This beautiful, sunny new house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, and an easy open floor plan downstairs. The kitchen has a Viking stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counters, and a large island with seating for 6. The kitchen opens to the dining room, and the large family room is just 2 steps down from the dining room. A den with a tv and a parlor provide more private common areas. Architectural details such as columns and beautiful moldings give the large house a homey feel. There is a porch on the side of the house, and a back deck with a gas grill accessible from the kitchen. The outside has pretty stone walls, walkways, and plantings. Off the back deck is an outside shower.

This house was absolutely amazing!! The host was very kind and responsive. My friends and I had a great time in ACK. It was a great location to town and so clean. It is so much bigger than we were expecting and was so adorable. We loved our stay

We were a family of nine visiting Nantucket for the first time. We were very pleased with our selection of this lovely home. It suited us in every way--- near to town yet very private, close to shopping, dining and the beaches.
