Staff was polite

Everything was good

7 / 10Good·Oct 2026

I booked a private room in this hostel. It was clean and fine for the single night that I stayed. I felt safe as a single female traveler. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Light bulb missing, shower door not closing easily, wonky shelf that needs repair.

8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026

Very near to Firenze SM novella train station. Amazing location and ground floor access. Air conditioning also available along with a shared bathroom and kitchen.

The kitchen did not have the stove. The bathroom was shared but we knew that before going. Overall the room was ok

5 / 10·Sep 2026

My mattress had a HUGE crater in it and it was painful to deal with.
