The staff were super friendly and catered to our needs. The location of the resort is in front of a major shopping mall as well as connected to a casino if you enjoy gambling (which we didn't do)
The rooms had enough space, and plenty of security so you feel safe.

Location to hospital. Plenty of eateries. Staff very good
Rooms very cold. Breakfast buffet not that good.
8 / 10Excellent·May 2026
Great design, lovely decor, central location, friendly and helpful staff and very good security service.
Not tea or coffee in the room and not enough bottled water. Shouldn’t need to ask.

Location close to UST
Cleanliness. Housekeeping is inconsistent.
