The location was perfect. The staff was amazing! Room was very clean and comfortable
We didn’t mind but there were 96 steps up to the apartment, there is no elevator which could be difficult for some

Super location in middle of Lisboa.Take the rooms at the street side. Nice view on Lisboa and Convento do Carmo

Location was great. Close to restaurants and cultural attractions.
When it said 4 flights of stairs with no lift I thought that was manageable, but it turned out to be 8 flights of stairs and being seniors it was a real challenge! Especially dragging up a 50# suitcase!

Centrally located . Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Stairs. Had to request shampoo and body wash even though it was obvious that we were out. Breakfast was too late in the morning causing us to have to miss a couple due to tours etc.
