The hotel location is closed to the center of foods and shopping and subway stations
The facility is old, bathroom has pretty much no hanger. Room is too cold and has no way of adjusting the temperature

Location. Ximending was a good location.
Our room was dark. Needs more light. Room has no window.

Central location. Coming up from Xi Men Ding station and you get to see the hotel.
I probably didn't notice the self check in instructions hence when the staff approach me to assist. I felt it was more like they could just probably setup a kiosk for us to check in rather than standing at the table there.

Location was great although you would still need to cross a main street to get to ximending which can be troublesome when it’s raining
There was a smoking smell in our room. Despite having a toddler they did not change our room but only gave us a dehumidifier.
