About this house rental
When you stay here...you are on beach time! The perfect location for a beach vacation- just steps to the beach. This roomy 2400 sq ft beach house has open concept main floor living area - perfect for every group.
Large kitchen with stainless appliances & granite counters and all the small appliances you need.
Raised bar area with stool seating, dining table, and bistro table - plenty seats to choose from. Spacious living room with a 65"smart TV, and HD channel package.
The front deck is perfect for watching the sunrise and taking in the moment every morning over a cup of coffee.
Featuring 5 bedrooms. 4 on the second floor and 1 on the main floor. Master bedroom has its own deck which you can see the ocean from. It also has its own ensuite with large walk-in shower and custom double sink vanity. Every bedroom has its own smart TV with comfy beds. There is internet provided to keep in touch with the outside world. Two middle bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom. Rear bedroom has a Bunkie that is great for the younger family members with its own bathroom. Large main floor bedroom has its own deck to catch the evening sun or just get some quiet time overlooking the pool.
Beach chairs and equipment are provided in the storage locker on the ground floor. Or if you just want to hang out by the pool there are loungers provided. The pool area also features an outdoor grill for the family BBQ at the end of a day.
The property is close to lots of amenities, waterpark, mini golf, over 50 spectacular golf courses within a 30 minute drive, there are two very close grocery stores.
Downtown Myrtle Beach is less than 20 minutes away. Murrells Inlet is a short 5 minute drive - a fabulous place for the seafood lover. Enjoy the many restaurants and bars or just take a stroll on the Marsh Walk and enjoy the live music

Beautiful house, clean, well stocked and maintained. Owners provided everything we needed for a relaxing week! Having chairs, towels, a beach wagon, golf cart and pop up beach tent made the entire week feel so much easier! Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back next summer!

This was our first stay at this beautiful, spacious home and it won't be our last! It's located directly across from a beach access point (just a couple minutes walk) which allows golf cart parking. The golf cart was a real bonus! We found plenty of beach chairs and pool toys/accessories at the home. Pool furniture was ample, new and durable. The pool area was spacious with a large patio area, both open and covered and included two areas to rinse off beach sand. The laundry area on the second floor was very handy with a large, new washer/dryer. All bedrooms had large, spacious dresser drawers for clothing storage. Another bonus was having linens provided. All beds were made when we arrived. We found ample trash containers throughout the home and easy access to outdoor garbage containers. Bathrooms had ample counter and cabinet spaces. We enjoyed the large front porch just off the living room. With so many chairs and tables, this served as a second living area! The kitchen was well stocked and included a large, new refrigerator and a large pantry. All appliances were new, clean and in great condition. The dining table easily accommodated our large family. This is the most helpful and responsive host we've worked with, and truly appreciated her prompt and sincere communication before, during and after our stay. As I stated at the start, it was our first stay at this location, but will not be our last! Thanks for the memories made at beautiful, family-friendly Surfside Beach!

Perfect spot for our annual multi-generational family vacation! We normally pack everything plus the kitchen sink when we travel, lol, but discovered we didn’t have to this time because everything we needed was already on hand and provided for our use! We love to cook, are a big foodie family, and we were delighted to find a very well stocked kitchen. Not having to bring our own beach towels, chairs and other beach essentials was a major plus as well. Our family members ranged from 3 years old up to 96, and everyone had a wonderful time during our stay. The golf cart was an added bonus, and while I prefer to walk it did come in very handy for our 96 year old “Papa” who doesn’t walk as well as he used to, and for getting the kiddos and all of their apparatus to and from the beach. The house was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We felt right at home there, and there was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We had room to eat all of meals together, watch the Stanley Cup final game together, and have multiple cooks in the kitchen at once. The pool was a big hit for our granddaughters, and there was plenty of parking space for our 4 vehicles. A great time was had by all!! We made homemade ice cream during our stay, and did discover that there wasn’t an ice cream scoop to be found, but if an ice cream scoop is the only thing we were ‘lacking’ during our stay, then I’d say we had an excellent experience indeed. We highly recommend this property and our host Jennifer was spot on!

The house was awesome. Jennifer had the house stocked with almost everything you would need. She provided hand soap dishing pods washer and dryer pods. We did bring extra toilet paper but with 10 people we used a fair amount!! We had 10 people in our group and there were plenty of plates silverware and cups. The pantry had some of the basic kitchen needs. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and the golf cart. Not a far walk to the beach but golf carts are fun!! We truly enjoyed our stay!!Thanks Jennifer
