Two separate bedrooms, elevator, excellent location near Sagrada Familia. Washing machine and clothes drying rack. Air conditioning. Use of door code both on front door and apartment door was excellent. Very easy for several people to come and go at different times. Very close to subway. Very walkable.
Small bathroom. No windows on the front (we could open the heavy wooden sashes but there were no glass windows.

The location is incredible for Sagrada Familia visitors. It literally just around the corner. The place has a rustic charm and beautiful Juliette balconies to sit and enjoy the street views with great Spanish wine. It has all the amenities advertised and they work. Close to a supermarket for all your needs. It has a lift so no worries about walking up 4 flights of stairs. We had a great time
I would have been nice if one of these beds was actually a double. Both rooms had two singles. We pushed them together, but it is not as comfortable. The other small downside, the bathroom is extremely small. If you stay a while and more than two people, it might be an issue.

Minha estadia foi de 21 a 27.09.2026. Ao chegar ao apartamento o anfitrião já esperava com as chaves e orientações necessárias. O apartamento estava bem limpo, cheiroso e atendeu perfeitamente o que esperávamos. Roupas de camas e tolhas limpas. Tudo organizado. Silencioso. O apartamento tinha elevador e também o ar condicionado mesmo sendo na sala, conseguiu deixar a temperatura muito confortável nos quartos. Em baixo do prédio existem várias lojas, restaurantes, padaria e fica a 5 minutos da Sagrada Família, e do metrô. Também é perto do Mercadona que é um mercado que oferece um bom custo/Benefício. Estávamos em 04 pessoas e todos tiveram a mesma impressão. Recomendo o aluguel do mesmo e já quero me hospedar outras vezes. Espero que os proprietários consigam manter a qualidade do serviço oferecido.
Não tenho o que mencionar. Todas as expectativas foram atendidas. E o contato com os responsáveis pela locação, sempre funcionou bem.

Well, where should I start?
First of all the pictures on the site didn t quite match the reality as the walls were very dirty (gave me the feeling that the last time someone painted those walls was in the 80s).
The light in the apartmant was quite poor, one room was SO small and with no window, thing that made us feel claustrofobic.
The bathroom, how should I put this, it was VERY small therefore it was very hard for us to shower ot to baths our toddler because of the little space available.
Above it all, the thing that actually got me thinking to look for another hotel in the middle of the night was the noise. I’ve been to many hostels/apartmanst etc and trust me when I say this, if u don t sleep with earplugs you are doomed. The soundproofing of the building is so bad that it almost made me cry in the middle of the night. While u lay on your bed you can actualy hear your neighbors pooping and flushing the toilet, fighting, crying, showering, and all the things u can or can t imagine. That part was the worst.
Overall, if u are a teenager with no claustrophobia or probleme sleeping while u hear horrible sounds of ppl partying/fighting/ having intercorse/etc u might like it there.
The guest was very nice and available, 10 stars for him.
The location was perfect for us, very close to Sagrada Familia and nice pubs.
PS: The ppl living in that builing really like to cook and eat at night, so if you can t stand intens food smell while you go to sleep you might want to think twice about staying here. The smell of burned onions still haunts me!
