Location is very convenient if come by train. The service lady is very friendly. We celebrated the birthday of a 2-year old at the restaurant, she prepared the table with books and toys and made us feel so comfortable with a small kid which is not always easy. She is the highlight of the hotel.
Not really. The garden is beautiful even when the weather was not great.
