Breakfast was not included in our stay.
The location was fine for me (64) all the guests enjoyed the area but the road was under repair and was difficult to navigate for my elderly family.
Was defiantly off the beaten track.
The pool was magnificent.
Aircon rooms were great.
The villa absolutely needs a freezer.
We used to boil water in a saucepan for hot drinks so a kettle wouldn't go astray.
We also feel that a larger table would be beneficial.
Maybe some of the kitchen equipment could be replaced or updated as the kitchen will be in use a lot as food isn't included in this villas package.

Beautiful villa and pool. Quiet location.
Resident bat that hung out at night time was a delight
Great layout with outdoor bathrooms
Bit of a construction zone on the streets surrounding to walk to places but that was unlucky timing from us.

An absolute paradise in a quiet neighbourhood away from all tourist chaos. Always had a security guard just next door who made sure any problem is solved quickly and no strangers trespassing. Also we had a super friendly kitty visitor ☺️
The upstairs fan was a little bit loud, but wasn’t too much of a problem. My friend didn’t like the bat that visited at night and pooped right in front of her bedroom door, but that’s just part of nature and made the rest of us laugh 😃
