Property and location was good

First night there was disturbance and security didn't do anything about it. General property cleanliness wasn't up to standard. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned at all. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. Dishwasher smelled bad and we found a cup with lipstick mark on it.
