WOW, what a beautiful resort to spend a few days. We felt like we were part of the family after 3 days.
Beautiful gardens and pool, lovely food, service always friendly with a smile.
The thoughtful touches in the room like the garden book and guest book.
The commitment to sustainability.
The free bicycles allowed us to visit the nearby temple and the bird sanctuary without needing a car.
The location is both a plus and a minus. It’s lovely and quiet and away from the busyness of Tam Coc which is very touristy. But it means you really need a car if you want to go out (but there are plenty of Grab drivers within 5 minutes).
Also means that you tend to eat all your meals at the resort, and while the food is all good, we do sometimes like to support other small businesses or have a cheap snack for lunch instead.

Exceedingly tranquil. Everything very clearly explained and repeated.
Mr Chi was brilliant at introducing us to the resort. His WhatsApp responsiveness was very helpful in organising transfers and other queries.
Great welcome guidebook. Perhaps adding some Google maps friendly search terms for the various locations within would help (although exploring on bikes was part of the fun).
The bikes were well maintained (not e bikes).
The proximity to boat rides was really good but not in the main town. So lovely and quiet.

Staff and facilities were great. They helped organize any transportation needed and were there to great us and walk us to our room when we arrived at 3 AM. The restaurant was great, and the cocktails were delicious.
The jacuzzi did not get warm. Other than that, everything was great.
