Beautiful garden area, pleasant staff
The rooms are incredibly old with odd decorations, musty carpets and not exceptionally clean besides the bed and bathroom areas. The rooms have a cluttered feel and are small as well

Breakfast was fantastic. The view of restaurant was great and a lot of variety of Japanese style foods were prepared.
I love to be here when I have to stay in Kokura.
Room was a bit old but it was okay.
The general English speaking level of receptionist. They can communicate with general informations, breakfast time, parking, etc. But if you need to communicate something special request with them, we need to use Japanese translator. But they were kind enough.
Bed was slightly short for me.
