Great location, could do with a reno to give it a more modern feel.
Parking was tight and I feel guests were using more than one park per room.

I have stayed here a number of times and find it convenient.
I have 2 experiences with this accommodation. First on my way to Melbourne where the reception was unattended and the phone number to ring was unanswered. I tried the motel across the road but without a booking the Indian women was not interested. I did not stay in Forbes that night. The second experience was on my return journey this time I booked. Once again reception was unattended but before I could ring another guest turned up and told me the Accommodation had changed hands. A couple of minutes later the reception turned up and I got to stay.
