Very old rooms, not as clean as one would hope. Awful breakfast.
Location is ok.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The food was exceptional. We had all we needed and more.
It was a bit cold and the air was dry.

A decent buffet breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff and a quiet location made this hotel a pleasure to stay at. It is situated near a main bus route that will take you into Vitacura or the city.
The location is a bit far out of Vitacura if you wish to walk but there are busses that pass nearby. The only issue with those is that you need to obtain a Tarjeta BIP! and recharge it up front. I'm not sure if the hotel can help with this.
