The location on the river is perfect. Quiet area, but central to everything. The rooms with balcony are lovely, and the beds are huge! Breakfast choices were excellent. Tom was helpful and friendly. Great value.

Lovely cottage, good location, hearty breakfast and all so relaxed vibe.. Kind staff who did not rush me regarding breakfast timing (after all it is a sleepy laid back little town, who cares for time) :)
noisy if staying on ground floor, from creaky wooden ceiling. I had to move rooms to 1st floor so that I'm not woken up by the people walking in the room upstairs..

Located very close to the historic town and overlooking a river, this place was fabulous. It is an old building with lots of data wood, shutters and balconies with river views.
Rooms have fans, en-suite bathrooms, air-con and comfortable beds. Cleaned and changed every day, with water refills and tea and coffee provided. Free bananas in reception were an added bonus.
The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are welcoming and smiling.
We even borrowed bicycles for the day and went off exploring.
Breakfast is the best that we have had on our trip and we didn't need lunch after eating in the morning
