Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist wirklich auch super, etwas ausserhalb von Cumbuco, dennoch schnell im Geschehen. Zum Kiten auch optimal, da ausserhalb von Cumbuco, weniger Verkehr auf dem Wasser.
Wir hatten ein Delux 4 Bett Zimmer. Wirklich komfortabel war es mit unserem Sohn nicht. Da würden wir beim nächsten Mal eher 2 Doppelzimmer buchen. Preislich läge es im selben Rahmen. Preis-Leistung naja, wirklich zu teuer für das was geboten wird:
-Die Bar und das Restaurant schliessen um 20:30
-Frühstück sehr spärlich
-Der Pool ist nicht gepflegt

If you’re a mite surfer this is the place it’s at the end of the busy beach so it’s not busy and the service is next level. They don’t even let you pump your kite up unless you really want to.

Stayed for two weeks, Amazing place, staff were very friendly, rooms were cleaned everyday, rooms were perfect, no complaints, breakfast daily was good. Instructors assisting with kite set up, launching and packing up is a game changer, this made my stay at Windtown very good
The place next door have a DJ and because of the wind in cumbuco the music travels down next door to wind town which makes the music even louder, non the less this was not a concern for me

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is located right on the beach.
The air conditioner in our room wasn't very effective, the bed is pretty small as well. There also wasn't a TV in our room (.not sure if this is similar to all the other rooms. Generally you don't go to Cumbuco to watch TV but everything at the hotel closes by 2000 so not sure what you're expected to do unless you're in for an early bed time. We usually stay in Cumbuco every 6 weeks and for the price we paid there are better options in my opinion.
