Nice apartment with some personal touches. Very friendly lady assuring her guests are comfortable.

So convenient with having close proximity to other stores! We had travelled all the way from Te Puke and the staff were so caring. The motel is close to the Stadium, my sister is a professional rugby player for New Zealand Rugby. We were able to book in straight away!
Nothing!

The room she finally gave us was nice
The owner accused me of lying and not having a Booking reservation even though we showed it to her, tried charging us more than the Booking reservation and said I didn’t ask for a ground floor room. She was extremely confrontational!
