The property was amazing! Quiet, comfortable, and just what we needed! One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in! And homemade croissants for breakfast.

Friendly. And feeling welcome. Everything is clean and comfortable. Not far from Wanaka shop by car. Is beautiful environment .

The original buildings are nicely designed and constructed… still appealing from the outside.
Overall for the price you pay, it’s not too bad considering Wānaka has become an expensive area.
The property and gardens haven’t been maintained - there is so much potential!
The furniture is well past its use by date, heavily scratched and varnish peeling etc in places as is the staircase. The Lounge sagged in the middle and hurt your back and the bed was not comfortable either .
The blinds are grubby and many are frayed on the edges.
They all had stains.
The towels also are well past they use by date and are thin and scratchy .
